For the year ended 31 March 2019, the Group recorded revenue of HK$189 million (2018: HK$439 million) from the units of phase 1 &amp; 2 delivered during the year. Phase 3 of the project, comprising 19 blocks of high rise apartments of approximately 550 units, is scheduled for completion in 2020.
